As Director of Customer Success for Bonafide Management Systems, Wanda is dedicated to customer success, from onboarding to project execution. Wanda takes responsibility for the customer experience at Bonafide, making sure that customer derive maximum value from their investments.

Wanda has spent her career focusing on customers. Prior to joining Bonafide, she spent 12 years at Brightree, where she performed various roles, including trainer, product specialist, and account liaison. Wanda began her career as a nurse and transitioned to DME as a Prior Authorization Nurse. She worked in numerous DME businesses, including as the General Manager/Owner of a sleep-based DME provider.
